Size: 12.5" x 57" Weight: 25.5 g/m²Uda is a paper made with clay--the clay is added to prevent worms, make the paper strong against heat, and to soften the paper to prevent stretch ing or shrinking. Available in two weights. Uda is used for backing, the different thicknesses are used depending on the artwork needing to be mounted.* This paper is sent from the papermaker and stored in a loose trifold format, which is how Japanese paper was stored traditionally. You may notice some light lines where the folds would be, but they are not a defect and may be ironed out to be less visible.
