Size: 12.5" x 57" Weight: 40 g/m²Uda is a paper made with clay--the clay is added to prevent worms, make the paper strong against heat, and to soften the paper to prevent stretchin g or shrinking. Available in two weights.Uda is used for backing, the different thicknesses are used depending on the artwork needing to be mounted.* This paper is sent from the papermaker and stored in a loose trifold format, which is how Japanese paper was stored traditionally. You may notice some light lines where the folds would be, but they are not a defect and may be ironed out to be less visible.
