A rich bouquet of apple-butter, honey suckle, lime blossom and notes of lemon candy, which is closely followed by a full mouth of golden delicious apple, citrus, and pear flavors. Hints of lemon and lime compliment the long toasted butter finish. Clone 45, also known as French 77, is a clonal selection of Chardonnay originally from France's Cote d'Or. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 9 months, bringing out the aromatic qualities of the grape and adding a vanilla quality. Show more
