Round and silky on the palate with bright acidity and a bright, lingering finish. This Chardonnay is medium bodied and right on point with grilled shrimp and creamy polenta. This w ine is made with selected fruit from carefully maintained vineyards in the Olivet area of the Russian River Valley. The wine is fermented in a combination of small French oak barrels and stainless steel, and then aged on its lees for nine months for added complexity. Show more
