The LupuLN2 variety is the concentrated lupulin of whole leaf hops which contains resins and aromatic oils. Providing an intense hop flavour and aroma, this allows brewers to dose large quantities of hops without introducing harsh flavours.When using these US Amarillo VGXP01 Cryo LupuLN2 hop pellets you should use around only half the amount (by weight) called for in your recipe. The reason for this is that the LupuLN2 variety of hop pellets contain twice the resin content traditionally found in standard whole leaf and hop pellet varieties. Amarillo hops are great for hoppy American ales. They combine floral, tropical, citrus and grapefruit notes.
