One of fifteen. Never repeated. Watch 02 of 15 in the Eddie Jordan Hunter Tourbillon series, dedicated to the Jordan 192. Jordan 192 (1992): The Character Test The Jordan 192 was born from adversity. After a sensational debut season, the team lost its Ford engine supply and pivoted to the Yamaha OX99 3.5-litre V12, a larger, untested powerplant never designed for the 192's architecture. Gary Anderson retained the elegant carbon-fibre monocoque of its predecessor, but the year was defined by the mismatch between chassis and engine. Stefano Modena and Mauricio Gugelmin battled overheating and reliability failures throughout, and the team ended the season with a single championship point, scored by Modena at the final round in Adelaide. A master watchmaker knows the most revealing moments are not triumphs but trials. The 192 was Jordan's crucible, the season that tested mettle and forged the resilience that would define everything that followed. This watch honours persistence: the mechanical spirit that endures when conditions are hardest. The Watch The watch itself is the Hunter evolved. At its heart beats the CIGA Design in-house CD-011 manual tourbillon, its skeletonised bridge and base plate expanding the visible mechanism by 200 per cent. Green-tipped luminous hands honour Eddie's Irish roots, blue screws and ruby jewels echo his ardour and reason, and the yellow strap carries the colours of Jordan Grand Prix. Eddie's signature is engraved on the three-layered octagonal case, forged from DLC-coated Grade 5 titanium, and his FTB wrist tattoo is embossed on the strap loop. The Signed Print This piece is paired with a print of the Jordan 192, personally signed by Andy Stevenson. Andy joined Eddie's team in 1988, before Jordan ever reached Formula One, and worked on every car the team built, from the 191 to the EJ15. He went on to become one of the most respected figures in the paddock and has never missed a race since. His signature connects this watch directly to the hands that built the car it honours.
