Tasting Notes Perfumed nose of blackberry, plum, violets, black pepper and underlying notes of sandalwood and smoked meat. The palate is bright and focused with red and dark fruit and earthy black trumpet mushrooms. At release, this wine is structured and youthful with fine grain tannins. With some decanting and age it will open up. Excellent length and intensity. Vinification / Production 2022 was a great growing season. Quantity in the vineyard was down but the quality shows with incredible concentration, ripeness and overall balance.
