Golden Milk Tea Preparation: my favorite way to drink inflammation tea is with some almond milk and a few drops of stevia. to make golden milk tea, brew the inflammation tea as described above, but with half the water you normally use for a tablespoon of herbs. pour the inflammation tea into your favorite coffee cup and top off with your favorite almond milk. if you're using unsweetened almond milk like me, add 6-10 drops of sweet leaf stevia to mellow out the spices and give your golden milk tea a little sweetness. some people insist on using cows milk for their golden milk tea. this can be counter productive since cows milk is known to cause gut inflammation in most of the population. of course, prepare as you wish, but we recommend organic almond milk for best results.
