Phytovie Inflammation Product description Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis. Recommended Dose (Adults): 1 to 2 tea bags, 2 to 4 times per day, by infusion. Infuse 1 to 2 tea bags in 250ml of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. Medicinal Ingredients: Each tea bag contains 400mg secondary root tuber of Harpagophytum procumbens (Devil’s Claw); 300mg root of Arctium lappa (Burdock); 300mg herb top of Urtica dioica(Stinging Nettle). Non-medicinal Ingredients: Apple, Cinnamon, Lemon peel, Lemon Verbena. Duration of use: Use for a minimum of 2 to 3 months to see beneficial effects.
