Welcome to the simple pleasures of making your own bread! In this five hour class you will learn how to prepare a variety of breads — kneading, shaping, proving and baking - with r efreshments and a delicious light lunch thrown in. You get to enjoy a fun and informative few hours with your fellow bakers, and go home at the end of the day with a bag full of bread, a bunch of recipes and some valuable new skills to wow your friends and family with! Just bring an apron and a large bag for the spoils, and I'll provide the rest. Classes will take place in my bakery in Clarence House, in central Penzance, and run from 10am until 3pm with a maximum class size of 8. Book for you and a friend and you both receive a 10% discount!
