Get a first taste of wheel throwing in this relaxed two hour introduction. In a small, cosy studio setting you and your friend or partner will learn how it feels to work on the wheel, experiment with clay and create your very first piece. This workshop is ideal if you are completely new to ceramics or if you have tried the wheel once and want a little more guided practice. You will learn how to center, open, pull and shape the clay on the wheel, so you leave with a finished piece and a clear idea of what a full course would be like.
