Made by Gran Canaria native Carmelo Peña (Bien de Altura), the wines of Jable de Tao take Lanzarote's vinous output to a new level. This is a blend of 70% malvasía volcánica with s mall amounts of listán blanco, diego and direct-pressed listán negro. Fermented in oak foudres and concrete, it's an exquisite representation of the volcanic terroir of this special island.
