Kalkspitz literally means 'limestone peak' in German and refers to limestone-rich soils, which is quite a terroir flex. Usually signals that it's going to be mineral & 'restraint' (so not funky at all). Bottle-aged on lees for 4–8 months to integrate CO₂, phenolics and texture. Unfined, unfiltered.
