We are now offering kimchi workshops, where I will show you the secrets to making amazing kimchi for yourself at home. I will teach you the original Vegan Napa cabbage Kimchi with summer and winter version. Total number of people will be 8. The usual location is our Kitchen located on 23/74 Westpoint Drive Hobsonville. Workshops take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours & you will take home around 1kg of kimchi that you have made yourself and will show you how to use Kimchi for cooking purpose. We supply all the vegetables & equipment, all you need to bring is a container to take your kimchi home in and apron. Please fill in the form regarding your preferred day for the workshop.
