CANCELLATION POLICY Due to limited seating and high demand, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before a booked class. You may cancel via email to [email protected]. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds after 7 days. If POJ Studio must cancel class due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, we will process a full refund to your credit card within 7 - 10 business days.
