The dry weather ensured low disease pressure and with this early picked fruit the result wine is pristine and fresh. Winemaking: Parcels were night harvested to retain freshness and gently pressed once at the winery. Cool fermentation in stainless steel to ensure purity of fruit and optimum freshness. Nose: Fresh citrus zest and gentle lemongrass notes with hints of green apple and subtle herbs. Palate: The palate is light, clean and refreshing with lemon and green apple flavours carried by crisp acidity. The palate is dry and pure, a versatile white for any occasion.
