Father-and-son team Federico and Nicola Oberto head up Trediberri, which is quickly made a name for themselves in Piedmont. Their approach to winemaking blends the historical and t he modern, creating a unique interpretation of the Nebbiolo grape. Organically produced and sourced from high-elevation plots in Berri, Alta Langa and Roero, the wine was fermented for 6 months in concrete and stainless steel to preserve the true nature of the grape.
