A green weighted pillow in the shape of a leaf. This pillow was designed by Xan to help with emotional regulation. Weight: About 3.5 pounds. Weighted blankets help with emotional r egulation, and weighted stuffed animals have become popular as a smaller, lighter, and more portable version of this while still providing anxiety relief. However, children are the target audience for weighted stuffed animals and they are light weight and designed with children in mind. I wanted to create something that would look more at home sitting out on an adult's living room couch, and would provide a bit more weight. My weighted pillows are both decorative and functional.
