I am so grateful you're here! Let me introduce myself, share a bit about how I came onto this path, 15+ yrs ago, and some of what I do in service of you and your journey to heal, mind body and spirit. I am, and have always been an extremely sensitive, empathic, spiritual person who feels the world & people around them quite deeply. I was labeled the "black sheep" in my family early on because of my unique ways I take in the world around me. To be honest, as a adolescent/teen and early adulthood was very difficult. I felt like nobody could see my heart, understand who I truly was (bc of judgment, mistakes I made along the way trying to cope and behavioral lashing out, as I tried to navigate my very intense surroundings. Because of this, and several traumas along the way, I walked some very difficult paths, endured and survived things I perhaps should not have survived. Quite literally, including a near death experience. But through my own healing journey, I can honestly say: I would not change one single chapter of this life. When I started to learn about how our experiences in life, land in each of our body's so differently, I started to understand on the deepest level what trauma actually was. I realized that truly every human walking this planet, has endured something extremely difficult, traumatic and those experiences still very much live, alive, inside our nervous system, subconscious minds and body to this day. I can say with 100% certainty that when clients come to me, I find that their childhood + variety of experiences that had early on (and usually compounded by current and ongoing situations), have created belief systems, programs, subconscious narratives and stories that contribute to our current life today. I see it show up as physical, emotional, and spiritual crisis a lot of the time as well. It manifests in our relationships with others as repeating toxic cycles, dysfunctional dynamics and out of control emotions. Please believe; all of this can be re programmed, rewire the subconscious mind, and integrate new ways of showing up as a parent, a partner, or just a balanced healthy mind body and spirit in your life. The mind is our most powerful tool but can also be our biggest obstacle. Once you start to master the mind, the rest falls beautifully into place. When someone comes to me wanting to "do the work", I am very clear that you MUST be ready to change. I can guide and facilitate healing, tools, protocols, and teach you, but it is ultimately you that will put in the work to heal. You will find yourself- with time, patience and dedication- evolving, changing and growing into the best version of yourself.
