Aged on the lees in neutral Burgundy puncheons for 22 months prior to being bottled unfined and unfiltered with less than 30ppm of SO2. Vineyard This Chardonnay comes from Brook’s own vineyard and two neighboring vineyards on Underwood Mountain. Vineyards are all organically certified. Average age of vines is 18 years. Sandy-ashy buckshot loam topped with 5” of windblown loess. Dry farmed vineyard with biodynamic viticulture practices employed.
