Rum baking emulsion has all the flavor without a high quantity of alcohol, perfect for rum cakes. Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. The flavor in the bakery emulsions are micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. Use in any recipe as you would an extract - and experience better results! The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat. Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavouring, xanthan gum, alcohol, colour: E150. May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
