This NIBCO lug type butterfly valve provides bubble-tight shutoff at 200 psi and bi-directional dead-end service without a downstream flange to 150 psi. The valve is recommended fo r commercial and some light industrial process applications, in addition to HVAC and hot and cold potable water. This NIBCO ductile iron butterfly valve provides ease of operation with quarter-turn (90 degrees) open to close. The Buna-N cartridge seat liner with ductile iron, electro nickel plated disc provides good abrasion resistance properties and compatibility with solvents, oil, water and hydraulic fluid.
