Description The M5Stack M5StampS3 BAT is a compact Stamp-S3Bat module with integrated power management for battery-powered IoT development. It uses the ESP32-S3-PICO-1-N8R8 controller with 8MB Flash, 8MB PSRAM and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and provides a battery connector for an external 3.7V lithium battery. The Stamp-S3Bat module integrates M5PM1 multi-level power control for power input/output management, lithium battery charging control, input-voltage and battery-voltage status detection, and low-power wake-up through a dedicated wake IO. The product is available as a compact half-hole version and a DIP version with pre-soldered 2.54mm headers. Power On and Off Single-click the PWR button to power on or reset. Double-click the PWR button to power off. Housing Disassembly Before soldering, SMT, or surface mounting, disassemble the housing and Wi-Fi antenna first to avoid damaging the antenna or housing. Power Supply The module supports 3.7V lithium battery power, USB Type-C power and DC 5V power. When powered through the 3V3 interface, EXT_5V does not output normally. M5PM1 Power Management Charging current can be switched through PY_G3_CHG_PROG. Low level selects 650mA, while floating selects 200mA.
