This medium-sweet (18g/l RS) wine with its bold acidity is something of a rarity in this country. Low crops and older vines produce an intensely flavoured wine which can equally be enjoyed on its own or to accompany food. Cellared appropriately it should provide excellent drinking from 2024 to 2034. Sam Kim from Wine Orbit says: "A lovely rendition of the variety, showing Gala apple, apricot, lemon zest, and dried flower aromas on the nose.
