WHY WE DESIGNED THIS Through extensive experience working with candidates in high-attrition selection courses, we have identified two key barriers to success: insufficient preparation in critical physical areas and inadequate time for proper adaptations to take place.These challenges often stem from a lack of structured programming and strength & conditioning knowledge.Our training cycle is designed to systematically develop aerobic capacity, build strength endurance, and enhance water proficiency, ensuring you are fully prepared for the demands of selection.
