Fresh, delicate notes of early spring grass spill forth from this blend of Samidori, Yabukita and Ujihikari cultivars. Sourced from an artisan in Kyoto, milling exquisite matcha since the 16th century. Bamboo Whisk (Chasen): A traditional bamboo whisk, of winter-cured bamboo, specially crafted to whisk powdered tea.
