Item Name: Medium Chunky Bicones SKU: CGB-BR-22 Description: Medium Chunky Bicones are a set of bicone-shaped beadmaking cavities used to form consistent, repeatable bicone bead shapes in lampworking. These cavities are made as precision-sized forming pockets that let you shape hot glass quickly while keeping both ends of the bead symmetrical. They are especially useful when you want a clean, uniform bicone profile for jewelry sets, production runs, or matched pairs. How it is used: Heat and wind glass onto a prepared mandrel until you have enough mass for the finished bead. Use the bicone cavity as a shaping surface to form the bead into a consistent bicone profile while the glass is still hot and movable. Reheat as needed and repeat brief shaping passes to refine symmetry and keep the bead centered on the mandrel. Finish detailing in the flame, then anneal the bead in a kiln per your glass type. Dimensions: Cavity sizes in mm: 17mm x 40mm 18mm x 45mm 19mm x 50mm
