Indian Inspired Fish Pie Our Indian inspired fish pie is comforting, aromatic and irresistibly moreish, and brings a gentle twist to a classic. Prime white fish (haddock and cod) is folded into a smooth, spiced curry sauce that is rich without being heavy, fragrant without being overpowering. The result is a filling that feels indulgent yet beautifully balanced, with every mouthful offering warmth and depth of flavour. All of this is wrapped in a golden, crisp pastry that bakes to a light, flaky shell, providing the perfect contrast to the light, creamy spiced centre. Hearty, satisfying and wonderfully different, this is a pie that brings together the best of coastal fish cookery with the subtle elegance of Indian-inspired flavours. Each package contains two individual frozen pies (approx. 180-220g each). Cooking InstructionsFor the perfect bake, we recommend cooking from frozen.Preheat Oven: Heat your fan-assisted oven to 180°C. Prepare: Place the frozen pie on a lined baking tray in the centre of the oven.Bake: Cook for 50 minutes until the pastry is a deep golden brown and the filling is piping hot (reaching at least 90°C).Rest: Let the pie sit for 10 minutes before serving. This allows the filling to set and prevents burns.Note: These instructions are a guide specifically for fan-assisted ovens. All appliances vary; please ensure your food is steaming hot throughout before enjoying. View our Coastal Kitchen range Visit Cornwall Good Seafood Guide
