A light roasted decaf coffee. This decaf is done through the sugarcane process. Where ethyl acetate (EA) is used in the decaffeination. EA is a natural compound from cane sugar tha t is found in other fruits and foods. The EA bonds to chlorogenic acids found in caffeine. The main difference between EA and SwissWater, is that EA removes 97% off caffeine, while SwissWater removes 99.9%.
