Element for Mini-Weld Airless Plastic Welder This 200-watt element is used in the Mini-Weld Model 7 airless plastic welder. It will also wire up to a Mini-Weld Model 6 airless plas tic welder with no modifications. This element features a long-lasting ceramic core. We tested the element with a cycle tester, running it for 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off, 24 times a day for 9 months (a total of 6,500 cycles), and the element never burned out. In the rare event that the ceramic core (6012C) does fail, you can easily replace just the core, saving you the cost of replacing the entire element. When testing the element with a multi-meter, the resistance of the element should be in the range of 50 to 55 ohms.
