Monkfish is not the most attractive of fish, but it is certainly one of the best to cook. It is a firm, almost meaty white fish. Due to the nature of fresh fish deliveries, we have very limited stock on Mondays and would recommend ordering for Tuesday - Sunday deliveries. Roasted in the oven is best, although you can pan fry them. The price is for one whole fish tail. If you wold like us to fillet it for you, please write that in the Order Notes section on the basket.
