100% organically grown Garganega grapes are fermented on skins to make this exciting orange natural wine. Part of the wine ages in concrete tanks, part in non-toasted Slavonian oak barrels, laying on its lees for at least a year. Stefano Menti uses biodynamic principles in his vineyard filled with old vines. The result is an orange-hued wine filled with citrus, white jasmine and lemon flavours and a nice grip from the skin contact. Show more
