Item Name: Moretti Pistachio Green Stringer (2mm - 3mm) SKU: 1558415 Description: Moretti Pistachio Green stringer is a soft glass color rod pulled down to a small diameter for det ailed lampworking. It is made as a solid cane of Effetre glass in a pistachio green tone, sized to heat quickly and allow controlled application without overwhelming the base bead or component. It is used in lampworking when you want clean, precise pistachio green linework, thin wraps, dots, and small sculptural additions on compatible soft glass pieces, especially when you need a softer green that reads clearly without the intensity of a saturated transparent. How it is used: Use the tip to apply fine lines, borders, and scrollwork, then lightly melt in to keep the design sharp. Wrap thin bands for striping and color blocking, then smooth with gentle heat for an even finish. Pull it down further in the flame to make even finer stringer for hairline detail and delicate overlays. Use small gathers for dots and raised accents, then shape and melt to the level you want for texture or a smooth surface. Dimensions: 2mm - 3mm Diameter Show more
