MoxiSolv (Moxidectin) Injection 10mg/mL, 500mL MoxiSolv (moxidectin) Injection 10mg/mL is an FDA-approved veterinary dewormer for treating internal and external parasites in beef a nd non-lactating dairy cattle. MoxiSolv is effective for the control and treatment of various parasites, including: Internal parasites: Gastrointestinal roundworms (such as Ostertagia, Haemonchus, and Oesophagostomum) and lungworms (Dictyocaulus viviparus). It also provides persistent protection against reinfection for up to 42 days for certain parasites. External parasites: Mites (Psoroptes ovis) and lice (Linognathus vituli and Solenopotes capillatus). Cattle grubs: It is effective against the migrating stages of cattle grubs (Hypoderma bovis and Hypoderma lineatum). Dosage: The recommended dose is 1 mL for every 110 pounds (50 kg) of body weight. This provides a dose of 0.2 mg of moxidectin per kilogram of body weight. Cattle withdrawal period: There is a 21-day pre-slaughter withdrawal period for beef cattle. Show more
