MSK-UW-D3000W is a CE Certified ultrasonic metal welder with a touch-screen controller and a fixtutre on sliding rail. It is designed for welding stacked electrode sheets (Copper & Aluminum) and tabs onto current collectors to prepare Li-ion pouch cells in R&D laboratories.The dual-station configuration enables the separation of anode and cathode welding and their welding parameters can be individual set.A fixture can be used to accommodate both pouch cell and tabs for welding and slide left and right.
