The Classic MX-5 knob extends over the standard one by a 25mm that gives more precise shift feeling. With 50mm diameter it is and feels heavy and more solid in the hand. It will fu lly integrate, covering the leather gaiter just at the correct height. Jass calls this a polished finish. However, we would refer to these as having a machine brushed finish.​ Easy and straightforward installation requires unscrewing/screwing of the original knob to be replaced with the Jass Performance one.
