An excellent example of the unusual and ancient Nero Buono variety from the high quality Cincinnato cooperative of growers. The winery is in Cori in the foothills of the Lepini mou ntains, an hour's drive south of Rome, with access to 550 hectares of vines almost a fifth of which are farmed organically.
