Due to the warmer temperatures, it has become more difficult to ship New Pickles while maintaining their ideal freshness. For now, we recommend ordering Half Sour Pickles instead, as they travel much better during the summer months. New pickles are cucumbers that have been recently fermented for a short period, typically between 1 to 10 days. New pickles often have a milder flavor compared to fully fermented pickles, with a taste that's closer to a salted cucumber infused with pickling spices and garlic. Many people enjoy the crisp and refreshing quality of new pickles. During the warmer months, our new pickles may arrive slightly less green in color and a bit more pickled than usual due to the warmer temperatures during transportation. We can assure you they are still delicious and meet our quality standards. If you prefer your pickles to be as new as possible, we recommend placing your order during cooler seasons.
