This unusual dropleaf coffee table in medium-oak is sure to be a much-loved and useful addition to the lounge, conservatory or other relaxing space in the home. The beautifully oak-grained top surface has ample space with the leaves raised to serve tea or coffee to guests, along with a variety of refreshments. Each of the leaves can be raised or lowered independently, supported securely in the raised position by two stays on each side that slide from the central frame. This nicely-crafted table is oak throughout. Our restoration workshop has stripped the original varnish from this coffee table before applying a matt lacquer that enhances the natural oak character, as well as providing a level of protection in careful everyday use. The dimensions show the maximum depth of this coffee table with both leaves raised, followed in brackets by the depth of the table-top with one leaf lowered and both leaves lowered, separated by '/'. It should be noted from the photographs that there is some damage on the edges of this table, but this does not detract from the overll appeal. This practical and attractive coffee table will complement a range of decorating styles and existing furniture, making it an ideal addition to the family home.
