This lovely table is solid oak throughout.Our restoration workshop has stripped and cleaned this item before finishing with a fresh matt lacquer that enhances the natural oak as well as providing a good level of everyday protection. As with all lacquered oak furniture, care is needed when placing hot or sharp items and we always recommend the use of mats and coasters to avoid future surface damage. The dimensions show the length of this table with both leaves in the raised position followed in brackets by the length with both leaves lowered. With a single leaf raised the table top is 99cm in length. It should be noted that there are some historic marks on the table surface which can be seen in the photographs.The classic design and medium-oak colour will complement a range of modern or traditional decorating styles.
