Rhythm's Timecracker series has been around for nearly three decades, and it's home to some of the most iconic Magic Motion clocks. The "DWS Timecracker Oak" was released in 2002 a s a follow-up to the success of the widely-popular "DWS Timecracker", which made its debut in 1999. It's wrapped in a striking light oak wooden frame and features the same bold dial as the original version. Every hour or when the demonstration button is pressed, the clock face literally "cracks" into two pieces to reveal a variety of amusing figurines and motifs underneath. As the dial pieces rotate, the center of the dial shimmers and the figurines beneath rotate along until the dial pieces re-join.
