Outcask Rum is creamy and smooth, with a gorgeous warmth. Enjoy tropical and stewed fruits that feel like they have been baked into a delicious and all-Australian rum.Fermented fro m sticky sweet NSW Molasses for 2 weeks. 100% Copper pot distilled in our 600L copper pot still Calcifer. Aged at mercy of the Devils Wilderness NSW between 2.5YO to 4YO in Ex-Australian-Whiskey (Bourbon Style) barrels. Barrels are blended post maturation similar to a solera system to ensure consistency between batches. Tasting notes: " Luscious almonds and vanilla entice, followed by sugarcane bark.
