An owl carved into solid Raintree, its body filling the seat: wide red-ringed eyes, a cross-hatched chest, wings striped in teal, red and yellow, all outlined in gold. Made in nort hern Thailand, where this style of relief carving and hand-painting has been a workshop trade for generations.Solid and low to the ground. Works as a side table or plant stand as readily as a seat.
