HAY's Palissade Stool can be used on its own as an occasional seat for the garden, a side table for a Palissade Lounge Chair or combined with the Palissade Dining Table for some ex tra al-fresco dining. It features the collection's signature smooth contours to provide comfort. The Palissade Stool is one of 19 different outdoor furniture pieces that share the same principle geometry. Created by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for HAY, Palissade grew from a period of research at their studio into outdoor furniture typologies. The collection is visually light yet reassuringly strong. Combining archetypal furniture references and simplicity in form, HAY have produced an instant classic. A colour palette of light grey, cream white, anthracite and olive allow the pieces to be at home in both natural landscapes and urban settings. Palissade is intended to be used over a longer period of time and become more beautiful over the years.
