This vector contains enhanced blue fluorescent protein - EBFP- driven by cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter for high level expression in mammalian cells. The multiple cloning site (MCS) is located at C terminus. This enables the generation of N-terminal EBFP fusion proteins. This plasmid carries kanamycin resistance for bacterial selection and neomycin resistance for stable selection with G418 in eukaryotic cells. Total vector size 4731 bp. Research Use Only (RUO). Applications Generation of N-terminal EBFP fusion proteins Protein localization studies Live-cell fluorescence imaging Subcellular trafficking analysis Flow cytometry Suitable for transient and stable expression studies Features Strong CMV promoter for constitutive expression Bright Enhanced Blue Fluorescent Protein (EBFP) N-terminal EBFP fusion design Suitable for a broad range of mammalian cell types Sequence-verified construct
