Cut from one sheet of steel: a split ring, a capital U, and the family name straight through the middle. It comes in three sizes, 18 inch, 22 inch, and 24 inch across. Tell us the family name and the powder coat colour at checkout and our team draws it up from there. Every piece is cut from 12-gauge steel, which is 3mm thick. Most online sign shops use 14 or 16-gauge, roughly half the thickness. Ours gets powder-coated after cutting, and that finish is rated around 20 years in direct sun before it needs redoing. A design proof comes back within 3 days, and our team reworks it until you are happy with it. Once you approve it, figure 3 to 4 weeks to your door: about two weeks in production, a week longer if we are in the busy season, then about a week for shipping depending on where you live.
