Vineyard & Winemaking Lovingly hand-picked from our sustainably managed vineyard, the 2020 vintage was a standout despite its challenges. Early ripening, meticulous canopy management, and unprecedented drought conditions resulted in small, intensely flavoured berries. The fruit was harvested in pristine condition, with many considering 2020 as the vintage of the decade. In the winery, each variety was carefully destemmed, fermented, and aged in new French oak barriques. After 12 months, selected barriques were blended and bottle-aged for over two years, creating a wine of remarkable depth and complexity.
