Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jam remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy! Our jam has great texture, and is naturally GLUTEN-FREE too! Each jar has a colorful lid-topping label, and an ingredient label on the back.
