The F50 XL is a fluid product specially designed to build custom-made protective molds. The F50 XL is the flagship product for masking and protection applications. The impression being very precise, it will be close to the micron, near the walls of the part to be protected, making it perfectly waterproof against any treatment. In addition, the strength of the product allows it to always return to its original shape, and therefore, to be reusable on several machining operations. The properties of the F50 XL also allow it to perform internal dimensional control, but it only supports an extraction stress of 5%. As a high-volume product, it can offers a longer than normal working time (about 10 minutes). Its curing time is about 25 minutes.
