The Platinum Selection is defined by its silver-grey pearls — large, lustrous, with a firm pop and a long, nutty finish. Not briny. Not heavy. Precisely what Austrian Alpine water and careful rearing produce when the conditions are right. Not every harvest qualifies. Platinum is a grade, not a product. Each batch is assessed individually — for colour, size, texture and depth of flavour. Approximately 10 % of annual production meets the standard. Produced fresh every week in Salzburg, unpasteurised, available only when that week's harvest yields it. Show more
